Today I finally reached the 100 mile marker on my Nike+ First day back to the gym in about 2 months so I decided to run about 4 miles. Been doing a lot of pavement and trailwork lately so the treadmill has been a nice cruising pace. Anyways Nike.com decided to even give me a certificate for the achievement. A whopping 10 min/mile pace. A lot of that is walking to warm up and cooling down. I’m slow but not that slow
